Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Role Overview: We are currently seeking experienced QC Collection Agents to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in collections and quality checking within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring efficient collection processes and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in collection strategies.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in collections.
• Demonstrable experience in quality checking (QC) within a collections setting.

Compensation Package:

• Equivalent Annual Salary: £55,059.82
• Agreed Contractor Rate: £211.77 (post-deduction of all employer costs)
• Traditional Day Rate Equivalent: £270
• Compensation will be processed via PAYE by Rockford Pay.
